Renae’s House is a community rooted nonprofit that stands with children, teens, and families as they work toward stability. We host neighborhood events, learning and mentorship programs, essential-needs drives, and connections to housing and wellness resources. We meet people where they are, offer practical help, and stay present, so every neighbor feels seen, supported, and hopeful.

With a strong foundation in community service and leadership, Moise currently serves as President of Renae’s House, where he plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission and impact.
Through his unwavering commitment to service and community development, Moise continues to inspire colleagues, partners, and stakeholders alike—fostering a culture grounded in compassion, collaboration, and excellence. His leadership reflects a deep belief in the power of service to uplift communities and create lasting change.

Noelle Santos is the Founder and CEO of Mapade Management LLC, a full-service accounting and tax firm specializing in tax preparation, bookkeeping, tax resolution, and financial consulting. With over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting, she is dedicated to helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances.
Noelle’s journey is rooted in resilience and passion. She became a mother at 16 but pursued her education with determination, later earning her BA in Finance and a dual MBA in Finance and Accounting. She is currently an Enrolled Agent candidate and a proud member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), continuously advancing her knowledge to better serve her clients.
Her firm, Mapade Management LLC, was founded with a mission to empower individuals and small businesses through personalized tax and financial strategies. From assisting everyday taxpayers with budgeting and savings to guiding entrepreneurs in choosing the right business structures, Noelle is committed to providing solutions that foster financial growth and long-term success.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Noelle has been featured in Sheen Magazine, K.I.S.H. Lisa L. Wooten is employed with Jackson Health System, a nonprofit academic medical system committed to providing world-class care to every patient who enters its doors. Governed by the Public Health Trust, a team of citizen volunteers representing the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners, Jackson Health is one of the nation’s leading safety-net health systems.
With more than 21 years of experience in healthcare and financial authorization management, Lisa plays a vital role in ensuring transplant patients are financially cleared before undergoing life-saving procedures. Her deep knowledge and dedication help patients and their families navigate complex financial requirements with compassion and efficiency.
Beyond her professional career, Lisa is deeply dedicated to giving back to her community. She actively serves through multiple organizations, including:

Sherice Womble is a dedicated servant-leader with over 20 years of experience in child welfare and community outreach. A certified Christian life coach and a woman of strong faith, Sherice is passionate about being the hands and feet of God through service. She leads a thriving homeless ministry, providing meals, encouragement, and hope to those who are often forgotten by society.
As Secretary of this organization, Sherice brings not only her professional expertise but also a heart deeply committed to making a difference. Her unwavering belief in faith-driven service fuels her mission to uplift, inspire, and restore dignity to those in need. For Sherice, giving back is more than an act of kindness—it is a calling to be a blessing to others and a reflection of God’s love in action.

Kizzy E. Thomas-Spratley is a devoted School Social Worker, proud mother of her daughter Asiyah, and a faithful servant of Christ.
Born and raised in the Overtown community of Miami, Florida, she began her education at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School before graduating from Miami Senior High School in 1994, where she played three years on the girls’ basketball team.
In 1996, Kizzy answered the call to serve her country, enlisting in the United States Navy as a Master-at-Arms (Military Police). During her 10 years of dedicated service, she protected and served while also pursuing her education, earning an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Coastline College. After receiving an Honorable Medical Discharge in 2006, she returned to Miami ready to continue her mission of service.
That same year, she began her career with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) as a Juvenile Detention Officer, later transitioning to a Juvenile Probation Officer in 2013. Her commitment and leadership earned her a promotion to Senior Juvenile Probation Officer in 2018 and eventually into a supervisory role. Along the way, she furthered her education at Florida International University, completing a Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 2011 and a Master of Social Work with a Minor in Criminal Justice in 2012.
Kizzy’s career and life are rooted in faith, service, and community. She is an active member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Arthur Jackson III, and for seven years, she dedicated her time as a Girl Scouts volunteer for Troop 1098. In her free time, she enjoys gospel music and cherishing special moments with her daughter and family.
Today, Mrs. Thomas-Spratley continues her journey as a School Social Worker in Miami, Florida. With her eyes fixed on becoming a Licensed Social Worker, she trusts God to guide her steps as she grows in her profession and fulfills her calling to uplift others.
